Our Ezi Online secure web site makes updating customer details real easy and in real time.  We also accept change requests via fax or email and over the phone.  With Ezidebit you always have a choice.
Can I alter customer payment term?
Yes.  When a change is required, you have the flexibility to make the change via our Ezi Online secure web site.  If the contract between you and your customer changes however, you may need to complete a new direct debit form.
How often do I receive payments?
Ezidebit deposits cleared payments into your nominated account daily.  We're the only company that pays daily. To improve your budgeting, you can also check payment status via Ezi Online.
Can Ezidebit integrate with my management system?

At Ezi Payment Solutions we have a reputation for being at the forefront of software management integration.  Our Payment X-Change allows any management system to integrate seamlessly with Ezidebit.

Establish new customer debits or amend existing customer payment or account details automatically from within your software.  Your customer payment records are also updated automatically.  No more time consuming double handling.

Will I receive detailed reports?

Yes. All Ezidebit reports are emailed in PDF to keep you up to date.  Reports such as Failed Payments or New Customers Added are sent daily.  Other reports such as Deposit Summaries are sent the morning of payments being dispersed into your account.

Can my direct debit forms include my business details?
Yes.  Ezidebit provides your direct debit forms electronically in PDF that can be printed as required.  If you like, Ezidebit direct debit forms can be customized to feature your business logo and contact details
How quickly can I start a direct debit?
All direct debit forms received at Ezidebit by 4pm QEST are inputted into our system that day.  So you can commence direct debit payments the very next day if need be.
Do you offer a real time online facility for my business?
Yes.  Ezi Online is the only live online direct debit management facility enabling you to maintain complete control 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Ezi Online updates takes effect in real time, so you can activate them immediately.  Our unique system enables you to change customer details like adding, removing, or even suspend payments. You can also upload payment files, download comprehensive management reports and view customer payment histories all online. Plus Ezi Online is provided to you at no additional expense.
Can I view the details of each customer’s payment history?
Yes.  Ezi Online displays each customer's payment history, which can then be printed or emailed online.  Ezi Online also displays the changes that have made to customer records.
Can Ezidebit remind my customers that their payments are about to fall due?
Yes. SMS Payment Reminder is the perfect solution.  Ezidebit can automatically send a polite SMS you customer reminding them of their upcoming payment.  SMS Payment Reminders are sent the day before the payment is due.
Can Ezidebit advise my customer that their payment was unsuccessful?
Yes.  Again a polite SMS can be sent to the customer advising them to contact your business as their payment was unsuccessful.  Ezidebit can also SMS the customer when their credit card is about to expire.
Can customers cancel their payments?
For the security of your business, it is advisable that your customer contacts your business if they wish to change their payment details. You can then action the change via our Ezi Online secure web site.  You can also send a cancellation request to us via fax, email or even contact our Client Support team by phone.
What happens if a payment fails?
Ezidebit notifies you immediately of any failed payments to assist with swift follow up.  Ezidebit can also notify the customer of the failed payment by SMS advising them to contact your business to arrange for a follow-up payment.
How long has Ezidebit been established?
Ezi Debit Australia was established in 1998 as a direct debit provider.  By 2006, our expanded product range saw us look for a new name that might better represent our expanded services. Today, we are known as Ezi Payment Solutions offering Ezidebit, Ezibillpay, Ezirentpay, Eziphonepay and Eziwebpay.
