Initially, we were surprised at the positive reaction from our tenants as many already use BPAY to pay many other household accounts. For those unfamiliar with BPAY, the process was very easy to explain and there have been no complaints or problems in relation to the payment process. The initial set-up was simple, and the service remains exemplary.

We are now able to use this facility as an arrears control tool for those who are unable to make it into our office or bank within business hours, due to busy lives. Previously, we were utilising deposit books via our bank which was quite costly to maintain, however Ezidebit's BPAY Payment System operates at no cost to our office. This has been beneficial with regard to reducing out of pocket expenses and staff time, while providing efficiency and arrears control.
