Industry: Childcare"What used to take me all morning (approximately 3 hours start to finish) every Tuesday, now takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. The process of up loading the Tax invoice, saving it, then importing the report is very easy to follow.
But it gets even better! I am able to up load my CAB on (after doing the Friday reports and adding a week on) the Ezidebit site and they will automatically marry up to the amount on the payment list for the following week. From this, I am able to contact these parents and get an extra payment from them, right there and then. This makes my job easier by not having to go through each customer every week, or having to go through the list of Current Account Balances. Also, I can make changes to accounts and print off reports for parents about any of there account details live on the Ezidebit site making the processes quicker and more accessible.
I think this is a great process, I have very low debts and I am confident this amount is going to be next to nothing now that I can get to the parents to make changes to their accounts almost straight away! By using Ezidebit, we have greatly improved our administration time and dramatically cut the time spent chasing payments. Our payments now come through on time every time."
